Welcome to the Public Works Department

The DeKalb County Public Works Department provides efficient and effective basic infrastructure services to the County's citizens.  The five divisions of the DeKalb Public Works Department are Fleet Maintenance, Roads and Drainage, Stormwater Management, Sanitation, and Transportation.  They provide dependable services with a focus on quality, environmental compliance, and responsiveness.  All the staff of the Public Works Department strives to improve and enhance customer service and community relations by building increased awareness and understanding of the DeKalb County Public Works Department and its daily operations, projects and activities.
