Scheduling Request

To request CEO Ellis's participation in an event or to schedule a meeting with the CEO, please use the following directions to submit your request:

Step 1: Submission
Submit your request by email to SchedulingCEOEllis@dekalbcountyga.gov, via fax to (404) 371-6291, or mail to:

You will receive an acknowledgement email from our office immediately.

Step 2: Processing
Due to CEO Ellis’ busy schedule please allow the Scheduling Office to process your request within 7-10 business days.  Should this process take longer than expected, you will be notified via email or telephone.

Step 3: Response
A scheduling representative will contact you regarding the CEO’s availability and if he will be able to participate in your event.
