Amber N. G. Weaver
Amber N. G. Weaver is the Director of Keep DeKalb Beautiful. Since joining the county in 2001, Amber has worked to bring education and outreach to the environmental stewards of Georgia.
Her past experiences include working in Georgia’s Environmental Protection Division, Watershed Protection Branch as a Environmental Project Administrator IV and DeKalb County’s Keep DeKalb Beautiful program.
Amber also serves as the Executive Director of Keep DeKalb Beautiful, Inc. and the Treasurer for Keep Georgia Beautiful’s Board of Directors. She has also served on Georgia’s Adopt a Stream board which advocates for nonpoint pollution prevention and water quality.
Amber is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences with a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Management

The mission of Keep DeKalb Beautiful is to improve the quality of life of DeKalb citizens through educational programs, county services and community-oriented projects.
Keep DeKalb Beautiful, Inc., an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and a local affiliate of Keep Georgia Beautiful, is a non-profit organization working to improve the quality of life of DeKalb County citizens by educating residents, businesses and students on anti-litter, beautification, recycling, water quality protection, and many other community improvement projects. |
